a new dimension in dining experience. It is a “Global Fusion Cuisine,” drawing from
and encompassing the expertise and experience of our vast talent pool. As you
peruse the menu, you will notice that Shiki Sushi is providing you, our valued patron,
with a broad selection of culinary offerings representing Shiki Sushi’s “Global Fusion
Cuisine.” Most of your “old” favorites remain and we have added many items that
we trust will become your new favorites as well.
About Angus Beef Steaks
Our broader menu is comprised of inventive sushi creations, Asian specialties and
New American cuisine. Shiki Sushi’s culinary offering to our valued patrons includes
Angus beef steaks. Our Angus beef steaks are in the top 15% of all USDA graded
beef which includes high choice to prime. Shiki Sushi has
won best sushi in the triangle area in the last four years. Our
ambition is to go beyond the recognition as a great
purveyor of sushi. We are investing ourselves in the process
of becoming one of the best restaurants in the triangle
area. We want to achieve this by purveying our brand of
global fusion cuisine in a comfortable and hospitable
setting where our guests are the center of our attention all
of the time.
Chef John Akhile trained in classical and contemporary French Cuisine has established his culinary reputation
through more than two decades of purveying elegant creations and cooking with James Beard Award winners:
Chef Stephan Pyles, Chef Kevin Rathbun and Master Chef, Thomas Catheral. He was awarded America’s Rising
Star Chef Award as then-Chef of Azalea in Atlanta, Georgia and was a one-time partner of former heavyweight
boxing champion, Evander Holyfield. Chef Akhile joined Shiki Sushi this summer and is adding a new dimension of
New American cuisine, broadening Shiki Sushi’s offering to its traditional Sushi loving fans.
